This company is good if you need a job. Personally I wouldn't think of it as a "career". It is a temporary pause in your work journey in life. I liked the international atmosphere with the staff and guests. It is the upper ranking leadership that doesn't really impress or totally inspire me. Brains and money are good, but that alone while lacking in "people skills" nis counter productive; the Emotion Quotient must counter balance the Intelligence Quotient for total even balance. You can look it up on various Psychology/Sociology studies. There was once a manager who wore way too much perfume. It was like she was trying to gas the staff and guests.

I saw the hostel's new external sign. I think they changed the name to Ocean Island Inn? It's still the same company despite the name change.
