In this type of industry you are required to work a lot. Customers demand a lot of your time as a sales person and in turn days off don't really exist-thank god for Sunday. Senior Management has a lot of systems in place to provide different social supports to their employees, which is great! Certain members of upper management are known to be assholes and, if rated by external audiences, would fail in aspects of respect to their employees. Otherwise, very good company to work for. Lots of room to move around.
