Charge de travail trop élevée, employés en burn out, arrêts maladie perpétuels, aucune logique de l'organisation du travail, directeurs qui savent pas ce qui se passe en bas font des belles promesses à l'entrevue qui ne sont pas respectées. Aucune équité salariale et pas d'échelle, ils donnent le moins possible si tu négocies pas. 5$/h d'écart entre 2 personnes de même experience pour le meme poste. Le seul bon côté est qu'il y a des personnes extraordinaires qui font en sorte que tu "endures" ca plus longtemps
