Nothing but stress from the beginning.

The owner didn't actually learn how to paint and expects you to run her company for her for minimum wage.
I was excessively stressed by her and her lack of organization. It felt like being given jobs to fail but when i magically did them I was a bad employee for doing it too quickly.
She has a massive ego so you can't bring attention to the fact that you know more or she will do something spiteful against you.
Don't tell her where you end up after, I watched her call an ex-employees new employer and make a false complaint. The employee left quite nicely with notice and all. She did it for spite.
I was desperate so I took what I could and I watched her revolving door of employees come and go very quickly.

I don't wish this job on anyone. Beware that if you work for her, you will regret it.
