For hard workers, Paragon will watch your back. Wouldn't any employer? I've been with Paragon for almost 3 years. I have learned a lot about the security industry, with the placements I have been given. I was trained by prior TPS Members. Keep your hands clean, and set goals was the advice to me. I've reached security supervisor, and it's the responsible choices, with a good attitude which helps. Now, I'm up for promotions.

Thankful for my experience at Paragon.. I've been accepted as a Peace Officer in the Toronto area. What I learned was to stand on my feet while making quality security related decisions; approved and backed by Paragon management. Building and keeping quality relationships in this industry is the key! After 5 years of hard work (3 as supervisor), I can leave my position with confidence, knowing that I learned to lead, applied myself, and gained the respect of my peers.
