For hard workers, Paragon will watch your back. Wouldn't any employer? I've been with Paragon for almost 3 years. I have learned a lot about the security industry, with the placements I have been given. I was trained by prior TPS Members. Keep your hands clean, and set goals was the advice to me. I've reached security supervisor, and it's the responsible choices, with a good attitude which helps. Now, I'm up for promotions. 1) within Paragon - as director, 2) with the site I'm posted at, and 3) as a new hire for a government security job. I had to put up with bad hours, bad reports on me, but I learned to be me, and to treat others right. There are really bad comments on this forum. Be smart. If you are looking for a good job, and really need work, try Paragon. Work hard for them, and you will stand out from among the crowd!

Three months later, and I feel the same way about Paragon. It doesn't matter what title you carry in life. Do a good job, stand your ground (in a professional manner), and ask good questions. If you want to get ahead in life, you can with Paragon. You have to have it inside of you first. I was trained by Toronto Police Members. I was told that security work would ask for your best, at all times, and that I would have to dig deep to make it. I'm glad I am a good person, and followed their advice. I have a good chance with Paragon. The comments of some co-workers are disappointments. You have to work through the stuff you face in life, no matter where you find yourself. That is building good character. Good character is hard to find among new employees. That is why Paragon keeps looking to find serious persons to work for them.
