I took the 40 hours training at paragon in the summer and it was excellent. I have been working here almost 4 months and i have to say the management staff are really great - a security company that actually respects the security guards. pay wasn't great to start but qafter i did my 3 months i got an increase now making pretty good $ at an office building downtowm. i like my coworkers and management has been responsive and friendly
