This company offers great training to all of its security officers. Their is a wide variety and they are offered weekly. The management team stays in contact with the employees and there clients to keep both happy. Management conducts site visits and are usually checking in on the officer and client's needs. Management respond quickly to any phone calls or emails from security staff in relation to any day to day needs. This company knows that its greatest assist is the quality of security guard that they place on a site. They treat staff like a human and not just a number! Great company to work for!

I agree fully. These people don't care except if you screw up, then it's heavy handed tatics they use and you either get suspended or transferred to a BS site. Where I'm at has little poetential for me to move up. I'm in a catch 22 situation with no way out.
