Where I need to begin. This agency smells really bad. The union sleeps with the bosses, the support with Pheonix's issues is completely absent, the decicions are made by too much directors for too low field employees. You are asked to answer to your evaluation and you are penalized if you don't lay down and accept every lies they write on it. There is a lot of conflicts of interests and nobody cares about that. My biggest advice if you want to work there is to ask everything they promise on paper and signed, they are good to promise and direspect their promise. To be cut was the best thing it happened to me, go wotk in private, it is more human than this organisation.
