Pfizer Canada is the bottom of the pharma barrel. I agree with other reviewers who say that this used to be a good company (never great, just good). But that was 5-10+ years ago. Now we are stuck at a company where anyone good has left for greener pastures and better opportunities. Those of us remaining are on the hunt to move (but a bad economy makes opportunities scarce). It is very demoralizing coming in to work here each day.
