This organization is HORRENDOUS to work for. No value of employee time, no solid schedule, pay is awful unless you "graduate" to a behavioral consultant level. They expect you to drive to work and not get paid if they mess up your schedule for the day and pay for your own training. Its really really bad., do not work for them!
