I absolutely love working for this company. They have amazing values and strive towards a better tomorrow for both staff and clients. Pay is absolutely fair for the expected tasks and there is plenty of opportunity to move up, gain experience and learn in the field in a safe and supportive environment. There has been some staff turnover recently that is not reflective of the company, but rather a few employees that didn’t mesh well. Pivot Point is open to criticism and is very welcoming and an all around amazing environment to work in. I would recommend this company to both people seeking employment in the field and families seeking support.

It’s not fake, I’m just happy with my job. Yea it can be hard work and no it’s not always perfect but I share the company’s values and I understood my job requirements before being hired
