PIVOTPOINT is a fantastic place to work! They appreciate work/life balance & acknowledge work effort and skill. It is a supportive environment for learning & developing one's skills. There is on-site training upon orientation, overlaps with BCBAs and on-going at month meetings. Everyone, from managers to clinical staff, encourage staff to ask questions and available to problem solve when needed. I appreciate the values of the organization and flexibility they provide. I feel supported & paid adequately for my work.
