  • I had thoroughly enjoyed my job until my boss subject me to incidents which amounted to constructive dismissal resulting in needing to go on sick leave as a result of experiencing PTSD thanks to how I was treated by the CEO. I initiated a provincial gov't labour complaint against my employer and won my case, vindicating my claim that I had been so poorly treated by management. Beware if you are a strong woman - management wants to keep you in your place. HR policies are abysmal, you have no recourse within the organization should there be HR issues with the CEO (non-unionzed workplace). The larger branches are toxic work places with high staff turnover and little support from mgmt. Claims to support teamwork & respect are expected by employees but not mirrored by management.
