There is no consistent business model, there were many efforts to adopt a strategic plan but it didn't get off the ground. It is an old boys network. Either you are in the old boys network or you are tossed aside once they have used you up. There are some great employees there that provide the teamwork and support for the new people, though they are not recognized for their contributions. Turnover is very high.
