One of the worst employers I’ve ever had the experience of working with. Upper management is so unprofessional and unhelpful. I’ve never felt like I needed to be represented by a union until I started working here. There is such a lack of respect and care for employees and their quality of life. They underpaid staff for YEARS and it was brought to accountings attention by a customer service agent!! They will expect you to work and not get paid for your time. It’s happened a number of times where they stated online training is mandatory for the job, but they won’t pay you for your time required to complete said training. They could have been sued for so many different issues, I only wished I stood up for myself more when they were my employer. Would never recommend someone work for Porter in any department in any capacity.
