21 years at CPC and I still enjoy my work. Yes, there are issues here as there are at any large company or corporation. Good or bad management? Depends what location you are working at. Some locations are awesome and others....not so good. My own experience has been overwhelmingly positive over 21 yrs of service. The job has been good to me.
