  • Horrible. Non-existent ever. No communication with branch office - constant voicemail. Inexperienced branch managers with no security experience. If clients had any idea how completely incompetent Primary Response was, they'd never sign on with their m. And I

    started working for this company for quick while I found these points to be discussed:
    - Bad management
    - No recognition , no respect to their
    employees supervisors at all their site and that's they are losing good .
    Poor working equipement.
    An advice in you would like to work as security officer avoid this company.
