I have been with this company for about a year and half at various sites. And within time I have had issues with the fact that they don't probably equip there guards i.e working outside in October with no jacket. they also have issues with who they hire cause i have seen people who leave work mid shift for 5 days in a row or no basic language skills and still remain with company.I have also heard horror stories including that due to delays on management end benefits being held back for months and the coverage is minimal at best. What I will say is if you find a site that you like; you are in hope cause the minimal quality that they have does not come from there management office but from the supervisors that do care, and even they are few and far between.As well as that if you are looking to gather experience, and then move to another company primary is good for that. My personal opinion get what you need from them and then get out.
