Everything that has nothing to do with the head office or management works very well. The staff at my site is great and responsible for the most part. Surprisingly enough moral and team work are amazing. All I hear consistently from staff as their only complaint is they have been underpaid and treated badly by management. I am a supervisor for them at a college. The liaison for the college was surprised to hear the minimum wage at the site as specified by the college is not being met. I was told what my salary was to be when hired for the position and now two months down the road at $1.50 less than told. Now I have finally gotten an answer from management. The answer is this is your salary and down the road it will increase. Lying to and disrespecting your staff doesn't build confidence or respect for your company and the management team. If you are in security I urge you to go to any other company for employment. These jobs are not hard to find. You would think with all companies constantly needing people in this industry they would treat their staff with a little bit of respect.
