i worked for rbc for 6 years, taking that job was the worst decision of my life. i swear i have mild ptsd from working there. their model for dealing with sales goals creates a situation which can lead to learned helplessness. not only that but they teach you neuro linguistic programming techniques to overcome clients valid declines of services.
