Pros: Very positive corporate culture, I work with people from diverse cultures & backgrounds. The majority the people I have met are friendly and enjoy their job, My management team is fair and provides flexible work arrangements. RBC's values are in sync with mine, I can honestly say that I am proud to be an RBC employee. Cons: The salary compensation would be a bit more inline with other companies. The are not the best paying, but not the worst.
