This is a terrible company to work for, many reasons. Dishonest, terminates employees for no valid reason and then feeds you bullshit afterwards when they don't want to give you information. This company is not what they claim to be, your perceived and treated just like a number and not a human being. The pay is disgusting for what you are asked to do on a daily basis and the benefits are not that great either. The stats are ridiculously unattainable, under staffed and refuse to hire more people, a question of cost. this then causes employees to be unmotivated, stressed, anxious and burnt out . YOU MAKE BILLIONS IN PROFIT EVERY YEAR, HOW CHEAP CAN YOU BE ??

Hello, I'm a reporter with Global News and I'm working on a story about banking practices. I wanted to speak with you about your time at RBC and your personal experience. If you could send me an email to andrew.russell@globalnews.ca it would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Andrew
