Worked here for a while, for the most part your treated like an idiot who is easily replaceable by principals and teachers. Management is a joke as they have no power or motivation to change things. Union is Ok because they protect you and are currently pushing for improvements however as it stand RBE doesn't want to give us the raises we deserve let alone the acknowledgment that we keep every building in the school board running.
