These confidential comments are related in my situation; the employer has a 75 year standing in the Canadian market and has reputation and excellent relationship with its clients; however since my joining past more than 5 months, I have not been informed about developments w.r.t. my appraisal report I sent to the Co. after completing 90 days of service inspite of sending the same to HR by Canada post (mail) and e-mail. Meeting with one of the managers too has not drawn result since past 3 weeks. The client has sent a good report about me which one of the managers who met with me confirmed. Whether an increse in compensation benefits deserving to me is being delayed by HR is unknown. There are also regular delays in Salary cheques being delivered to me and I fail to understand the validity of their reasons for the delays. Better and Healthy employer -employee relations could create a better image within the company as noticed is also the case with some other employees. Since the company has a lot of clientelle, there is a lot of scope to better the current image of the company by boosting the morale of ite employees.
