It's a small company and advancement opportunity is not as good but that is expected. My coworkers are nice people and the pay is higher at my site then most other security companies, and we get benefits for free. The management team means well for the most part but they don't have much experience and never give me direct answers without having to call me back . The young guy running the company seems to care a lot and respects all the guards - he looks like a teenager which is deceiving but he is very smart. The manager I am supposed to report to that visits the sites is mean and picks favourites. The scheduling, HR and other office people are friendly but they don't seem experienced like my other companies. The new payroll lady is rude, I liked the older phillipino lady. Overall it is a good experience for me and I enjoy what I do so far.
