The idea is to take care of number one - bilk what you can out of the floundering joke of a company while it's still afloat, and get out as soon as you can! Let the sheeple and bootlicks can grind themselves into the ground trying to prop up this joke.
RIM is going through major changes. If you look at it heart-to-heart RIM is still an excellent company. In a few years will will continue to develop beautiful products because we have the support and strong leadership of Mike Lazarisdis on our side; revenues will be less and our market shares will be significantly reduced but RIM is still a GREAT company. If you are an ambitious individual with a university education, consider submitting an application with us. The experience will be challenging and out-of-this-world.

the situation what RIM is going thru right now is totally due to RIM trash management. still RIM has a lot of those trash people in the management team; why is RIM not getting rid of those trash who have been putting down the name of this country and its people who work hard to gain value and prestige of Canada. A simple way would be to look at the employee feedback responses carried out in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 and see why people have said they will Quit RIM. There is a deep rooted politics in the company about who should be layoff and who not. Everyone knows those managers and directors who have been partners in the game-playing and politics combined with HR and have lay off those who have raised voice and protested against the system and such management policies. RIM situation today is due to such few people in the management team who have encouraged, influenced and supported dirty politics at the grass root level. It is the responsibility of senior management to control such dirty political environment but they have instead supported and encouraged worse environment. What do Canadians expect out of a company that cannot identify such managers and directors that are still staying in the company hence promoting an example to practice same kind of cheap high school politics thus resulting in corporate wide grass root level spread of unprofessional environment especially in the professional departments such as software, IT, quality, etc.
