• Worst job-company ever! Threatened with violence by my own boss at the office swings at me, driving home reporting it got in a car crash not my fault, neck injury, mgmt ignored it, VP starts giving me unsolicited bribes I reported them to gov. I confront mgmt they act clueless, I wear body camera device new manager makes discriminating comments. • Management is horrible . Kissing ass is absolutely expected from employees if they want to keep their job.

• I would not recommend anyone to work for this company. This company treats their employees like a number. They have no compassion for their employees, and they are not very honest. • If you are on your manager's good side, you will have a job for life as long as you don't ask for a raise or speak up to point out their incompetence. Company is very adverse to change and new ideas. The concept of 'imagine. change.' which is their new motto is just an excuse for the higher ups to hear themselves talk. Horrible company to work for. It wasn't this bad 2 years ago but after the integration it seems all the company cares about is itself. All employees are expendable. • The management team only cares about their quarterly bonuses. They want you to give the stuff away which means the sales rep makes no money but that's ok because the manager made their quota and they got paid! • after nearly 10 years I have been overloaded with stress. Management is lower then it has ever been with knowledge of the organization. The constant change and run around of how to run the office is disgusting. As an individual with a family, im frowned upon for putting them first. all in all - company seriously needs to get its sh!t together before they are ousted by a competitor.   read complete rating Hide complete rating

• Recruitment, development, retention....AH! you know a Ah Hah moment?

  Management's skills - training provided by those whose ass is welded to a chair.
  
  Work/family life balance - That's too fancey. doesn't beleive in it. Just work.

• It's a shame to say, but the management is weak, untruthful, and tend to manage with an IQ in the negative sphere. My condolences to the merger and it's new staff...although it would seem that they are much better organized! Perhaps this is a reverse-take-over.
