This company is in need of a management overhaul at the production level in order to improve a reputation of being petty, immature and insulting to employees. Even some people who have never worked there would not even consider presenting an application due to the poor local reputation. Management has been known to shift blame to lower level employees to cover for their own lack of abilities. Steer clear!
