Une entreprise qui innove dans ses modèles de gestion. Excellentes conditions salariales et avantages sociaux concurrentiels. Une question: pourquoi Alcan insiste tant sur le travail d'équipe??? Une fois en entreprise on se rend compte que c'est chacun pour soi. C'est la compétition entre les employé(e)s pour les bonnes grâces et les promotions. Ça augmente le stress et mine l'ambiance de travail.
