this is an ok company, fairly disorganized at all levels, changes occurring every day almost. I've had about 5-6 bosses in 2 yrs and colleagues are in and out.. the only thing they have is good benefits but motivation and career advancement limited to none. mining is such a volatile market that people get scared easily and often see so many changes.
