Now a big, ARROGANT company under Edward Rogers & Tony Staffieri (kept coming up in customer surveys). Compensation and benefits probably among the best but if you're located elsewhere than in Toronto, might as well forget it... career advancement is darn near impossible. Most of the Upper Management does not prioritize their people/teams... we miss the Joe Natale days where customers and employees came first. Now, it's all about driving profit for the stakeholders. Current Marketing SVP, VP and Directors have BY FAR the worst performance and employee satisfaction in YEARS! Very good at belly-button gazing!
