It's a good company to work for, and the compensation is OK. However, it does very mch depend on the management at the time, and since there is such a high turnover (in management and staff) it cannot be garanteed that the same people who hired you will be there a few months later. Overall, I'd recommend this place as a first-time restaurant job or a temporary job but rare are the people who stay here for years at a time.
