The school is poorly run from the top. The head is not qualified to lead a school and treats his reports with little respect. The directors are not organized. Information is not available to do one's job. Teachers are underpaid. There was even an incident in which threatened a student. The school is badly in need of repair. There are too many directors and not enough workers to complete all of the tasks. It is not a team environment. There is no work life balance. There is no support from upper management team. If they do not like you then they ignore and disrespect you. It is not place to come and work.
