Dealing with the students is great, dealing with management sucks! Nothing gets addressed by management unless its a crisis. Deans and Academic Chairs receive bonuses to cut corners, rather than provide the best educational experience. It's very top heavy: lots of VPs, Associate Deans of dept that don't exist, managers who don't manage anybody...
