I have worked for this company for a long time and I used to be very proud of working here. Now I am just saddened by the way it is being dismantled. This used to be a very innovative company with skilled, dedicated employees going above and beyond to make everything work. Pride in doing a good job was evident everywhere. Now with the trend to outsource more and more work, knowledge and loyalty is eroded. The company DOES NOT care about it's employees. Morale IS at an all time low.
