As a long-term employee with experience in other companies, I question some of the comments in negative reviews. Any multi-national company faces challenges in top-to-bottom reporting. In terms of management, I have never seen a manager dismissive of an employee's opinion or input. Frankly, unprofessionalism just isn't tolerated in my experience. And in terms of mobility for both function and geographic location, this company can't be beat. No company is perfect, but Schneider is an excellent place to work.
