Good company. I have been with Shield Security for 2 years. They are "Very" supportive when I was sick or needed time off work. Very friendly supervisor and management team that does not micromanage. Pay is average like every other company. During the holidays season of December, they gave me a holiday off for personal time with full days pay including vacation pay. I also received a certificate for outstanding recognition of my work as well as got a day off with full pay. I can fully recommend this security company to anyone who is looking for a good working environment.
