Well....Shield is pretty much a good company. I have spoken to many long term employees and returning employees. I have been with the company for 3 months now. You really have to be pretty messed up in the head to get canned by Shield. Compensation is pretty good. They pay me $15 an hour to work at a construction site whereas most companies only offered minimum wage. Got my uniforms for free. Not a bad company at all.
