• Horaires arbitraires et intenables (weekend, nuits, soirs et matins)
  Aucune flexibilité pour les congés, même exceptionnels ou les vacances. Par contre les heures supplémentaires sont limite obligatoires.
  Aucune possibilité d'évolution en interne (la cie est très petite)
  Le taux de rétention des employés est très bas et le turn-over est presque constant. Ils sont en sous-effectif la moitié de l'année!
  La reconnaissance est inexistante ou symbolique.
  Seule la paye et les collègues les plus proches font que l'ambiance est parfois supportable.

• I really enjoy working at Sigma Assitel. While there may be differences in opinion people seem to respect one another and try to do what is best for the customer.
  
  My experience is that people seem to generaly enjoy working with their colleagues. There is work to be done but people all seem to be pointed in the same direction by the vision of SIGMA ASSISTEL. The compensation is fair and the pension is more than fair. The facilities are beautiful and conveniently located.

• De ma hauteur tout semble bien aller. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs. Le travail est routinier, mais c'est le travail.
  Je ne connais pas tous les départements mais en general les collègues sont correctes.

• Que du positif. En étant toujours positive avec mes gestionnaires j'ai un très bon poste que ceux qui ont des études et des diplômes n'auront pas. Gestionnaires très compétentes, elles ont réponses à tout. Elles embauche leurs filles, leur soeurs, leur famille et leur meilleures amies tellement que ca va bien. • This is a "typical" call center. It is mind-numbing, repetitive calls, you take calls all day. Moreover you work only 35 hours per week. You take call to the point of exhaustion, and everything you do is monitored and evaluated. The evaluation was un fair. Your "productivity" is all that matters and the managers are inept. I would never let a friend apply for a job with this company.

• It is a small company but We have the advantage of being a sister company of the Desjardins Group.
  Very good salary! Good insurance!
  Schedule more or less flexible and I work 2 weekends per month.
  
  The tools/software are not optimal, but I know they are working to improve this.

• J'ai adoré mon expérience de travail à cet endroit. Belle équipe, jeune et dynamique. Très belle ambiance de travail. Nous avons une évaluation de rendement une fois par année, il pourrait y en avoir plus. Les patrons ne sont pas disponibles tous les jours, nous sommes un peu laissé à nous même, cependant en tant que personne débrouillarde je n’en sens pas réellement le besoin. Nous avons une grande autonomie. Pour les personnes qui aiment travailler, Sigma Assistel est la bonne compagnie. Les possibilités d'avancement sont intéressantes. • C’est quelque chose comme le paradis des Call Center. Je suis arrivé à Montréal à l’âge de 21 ans. Si vous n’aimez pas aider votre prochain, ce n’est pas votre place. Nous avons près de 12 différents type de service, nous pouvons aider les gens à l’étranger tout comme les aider à trouver des billets pour le dernier boys band au Centre Molson.
  
  Il y a une saine cohabitation entre les chargés d’assistance et la direction. Les gens sont compréhensifs, nous avons des évaluations d’appels sporadiques. Le volume de travail varie selon la saison. L’été nous pouvons même terminer notre shift avant la fin et nos gages ne changent pas. Je suis arrivé il y a 4 ans et je ne quitterais pas, les avantages sociaux sont formidables et les salaires très compétitifs (pour un call center).

• L’entreprise est une entreprise en pleine mutation. Elle est à son printemps, les gestionnaires, sont compétents et compréhensifs. Je reviens d’un congé de maladie et ils étaient empreints d’une sollicitude sans borne. J’ai travaillé au Canada et à l’étranger, je ne dirais pas que l’entreprise est la meilleure, mais il y a du progrès.
  
  Quoique le travail soit répétitif, nous avons sur place une pléthore de motifs de travailler. J'ai récemment été promu, et je trouve que le processus se fait dans une total transparence.

• Sigma Assistel Inc. has the worst company culture possible; Calling employees at home to ask for additional time is more than common; It is a habit. They will reach your home, your personal cell phone and any other means of communication they can to reach you to have you to work during night shifts because they do not want to hire more people than the strict minimum needed. So if a single person calls sick, you will be called, at 10 pm or on weekends for you to come and work. The compensation is less than average. The work is boring and repetitive. You can learn much however from a travel insurance point of view. There is strictly no recognition of performance. The stress level is high since as I mentioned before, it is a company policy to have the bare minimum of employees at all times, which will inevitably leave you alone to handle a high level of calls by yourself. All your statistics of call handling are monitored and analysed and anything can be subject to downgrade your performance. Your average call time is a little too high ? You can thus forget any raise at all at year end, regardless of your performance in other aspects of the work. The company blocks your access to any Internet website that is not strictly needed for your work, so forget about checking your personal emails, your Facebook account or even basic governmental sites. I would not recommend this employer to anyone who wishes to maintain any sort of work/family life balance as Sigma Assistel's management cannot differentiate between you being onsite or you being off; If you refuse to come in the office for extra work when they call you, they will ask for justification and if you call sick, they will ask you details about your illness and / or a doctor's ticket to prove that you were not in a condition to work. Of all employers where I have worked, Sigma Assistel, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada is the worst of them all and it is the worst by a good margin.   read complete rating Hide complete rating

• Manque flagrant de reconnaissance au sein de l'entreprise. Aucune écoute de la part des gestionnaire. L'ambiance est terne et sans motivation. On fait beaucoup d'effort sur les apparences, mais vu le roulement d'employés incessant, il y a un manque évident de qualité de travail. Les gens à peine formés quittent l'entreprise ne voyant pas l'intérêt d'y mettre du sien. Pas de sentiment d'appartenance. • Il y a un manque d'écoute au niveau des besoins des employés. Notamment en terme de matériel de travail inadéquat. • Gestion négative avec les employés, ils sont écrasés plutôt qu'être stimulés. Les patrons sont à la recherche des erreurs mais n'écoutent pas les recommandations et ne sont pas ouverts aux suggestions des employés.
