• Cette entreprise n'a pour but que de siphonner l'argent des propriétés dont elle se porte acquéreur. Par conséquent, elle y investi le moins possible mis à part quand ils se retrouvent devant l'obligation de le faire.
  Les dirigeants de cette entreprise n'ont aucune considération pour leur employés et ont une attitude empreinte de mépris à leur égard. • Stay away from this company.
  Vision from Executive management is totally out of touch with reality. When hotels lose their entire leadership teams in mass, it's head office.
  These are motels wrapped in the lie of quality hotels.

• While I agree with a few of the other posters about the stodgy-ness of head office regarding dress code/hair style/etc (a few red streaks in my hair never hurt anyone, nor have I heard of a printed pair of pants sending a customer running screaming for the hills, c'mon guys... the 80s are over and it is very easy to let us exercise a bit of individuality while still following dress code. And really, wouldn't you rather have someone SHOW some forward thinking and individuality? Customers want to work with people that have personality) this company is expanding, free with feedback, on-par with pay and has a wonderful training program in addition to spending money on it's staff for outside education purposes. • Management team is elementary...GM selling suites retailing at $200 a night for $83 a night, yet they would not rent space to an organization hosting a fundraiser?!?!?! Clearly they are not in the business of making money!!!!! Feel as though this is the only hotel job many of the management staff could obtain as clearly they are not cut out for a real hotel operation. • I really enjoyed my job and working for this company until they closed our hotel for renovations. Some of my coworkers had worked 20+ years for the company and they terminated all of us with just working notice - no packages. I believe it was an excuse to get rid of all the employees because none of us were hired back when the hotel reopened. Corporate Office seems a little out of touch with the workers and should be ashamed of how they treat their workers who have given them so many years.   read complete rating Hide complete rating

• The hotels themselves are constantly understaffed leading to a stressful environment and toxic atmosphere. Hard to maintain a professional attitude with guests when you are treated like dirt. • CEOs are a little out of touch. They treat employees with a smug attitude. Dress code is ultra-conservative/facist (no piercings except one per ear, zero tattoo visibility, no hair coloring or nontraditional stylings). • The company has a lot of potential, however, some of the leaders at the corporate office really are in the wrong job. It's hard to have a balance of work and life when the expectations are so high and the resources to do your job are so low. feedback and advancement are very difficult to find and the salaries and benefits are very low compared to market.   read complete rating Hide complete rating
