Great organization, that focuses on being a positive influence in Canada. Very supportive. Training is ongoing, and help is a phone call, email, or meeting away. The electronics industry is a tough one to be in, but they are probably the nicest ones out there that don't throw their employees in the wild without the tools needed. Approachable, knowledgeable, and effective mangement run the company. Proud to be associated with them. If you're looking for a flexible career, and a way to help people, great organization! And unlike some other companies - there is BS!! It is a genuine company....with real japanese values!
