Business model, vision and strategy-there isn't no one knows what is going on. Values and corporate culture-lots of favourtism for anyone TL'S like. Recognition-5 years and counting and no recognition. Atmosphere-unprofessional being called magnet man, charlie brown, jack ass ET big booty. Teamwork and cooperation-none it not existant. Work/family life balance-long shifts no weekends off to get holdiay off you have to work one day before and after.Advancement-It's not what you know its who you know that will advance u or just wear a mini with a full bustline.Recommendable-Not at all complete sweat shop

It is you that has no understanding and not the person who posted the first comment. I've worked for several call centres in Hamilton and SP Data is by far the worst call centre that one could ever work for. You have the audacity proclaim this woman did not get promoted because of a negative attitude and in doing so you've just revealed the upper position that you are in. I worked there several years ago and neither of you know me, but, I know that the first post is credible. I know people that work there now and they're so looking for another job.
