Usually the complaining types come to sites like these and talk bad about their employer. If they are any better they are free to try finding work elsewhere. I am commenting here, because I would like to set things straight for the people who are exploring working here. Call agent work is not exactly a dream job. So its tough. But SP Data is definately one of the best place to be. I am really glad to have found them. SP Date is very understanding and accomodating of people timing & other issues. People working here are great too. Pay is ok, could be better. But don't we want it all? Overall I would definately recommend it to all. Its the best call centre to work at; and I love it.

I posted the original comment and still standby that. They are really good. Just visited them and they were very nice. I guess if you are nice, you get treated nice. I cant speak why others are not so fortunate. My experience is great though.

I worked at this place for 2.5 years. The main problem was the stuffy air and how hot it got in there in the summer. it was like working in a green house. Also in cdmc there was a constant clicking sound on the line. I thought the co-workers were great and some managers were also great. If it wasn't for the unhealthy work environment I would still be working there today.

when are we meeting? I would like to collect the 5 dollars. I made the review and stand by it. I was just a call agent, until I found a role in my career and made 3 times more... yet I still think they are nice. Try working at other third party call centre before you start bitching... Good luck.

5 dollars says its two managers from the outbound quest campaign the two biggest fakes that have ever walked the face of this earth that wrote that garbage about it being the best place to ever work. For someone to write something like that, about a work place that condones managerial staff harassing an employee and provoking the individual so they will snap back and can get fired for insubordination is NOT A place anyone should work.

The really qualified people that are not lesbians or apart of the inner circle,.. eventually get pushed around or given options that are found in third world countries. Listen to me, the person who initially posted this comment is definately a person that is in management, a team leader, QA, or another role other than TSR. The person claiming that they just came from India needs to re-think what they've just wrote, saying that it's better than Tim Hortons and Mcdonalds is very suspicious, certainly not from India and definately not a new comer. Caveat Emptor (buyer beware): these individuals know too well that SP Data has a history with Labour Canada.I'm willing to prove that. I just came to Canada from India and I must say that this company is great to work for. There is good atmosphere in the call centre and the TL's are awesome and supportive. The pay could be better but it's better than working at Tim Hortons and Mcdonalds. I love working at SP because it's less stressful than most places. I will be recommending many friends to this great company.
