I've worked at Spence for nearly 5 years as a diamond consultant and I love it here! We are like a family at the Edmonton store, and we work together as a team to achieve our sales goals. I've been supported in my personal life as well, being sent to Landmark Education Courses. Overall I feel as though my time at Spence has enriched my sales skill set through lots of one on one training, and helped me grow as a person. I would definitely recommend Spence as a wonderful employer, with great compensation and plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth.
