I work at the corporate head office downtown Toronto - morale is not good; management completely untrustworthy; and it is very like working within a cult and they are proud of this cult like status. Everyone is the same, they strain out any individuality; it's almost spooky! If you want to be exactly like everyone else, Stepford like, then this is the company for you. If you value creativity then look elsewhere, like so many here are doing!
