I have worked for many organizations in various roles and positions. Until Sutco, I had never worked for a company that clearly undervalues some of its employees massively, while almost completely ignoring suggestions for improvements to operational effectiveness. There is an undercurrent of management ignorance over genuine worker's safety concerns and a lack of attention to detail regarding some of the vehicle and equipment fleet maintenance.
