Complacent, unorganised, petty. Every negative thing you could say about management, Swissport Toronto is. There's a reason they keep losing contracts and space at the airport. Toxic culture has always been an issue here. A lot of people here have a superiority complex and it drives many people away. The lack of personable people in high positions really shows when you try to get a basic email response from someone here.
