This is an awesome company to work for. Lots of work and opportunities for advancement. Flex time. Generous yearly salary increase (more than inflation). Performance based bonus. 3 weeks vacation on my fist year.

If I get overtime during the week, my boss always lets me go home early Friday. And frozen wages? I don't think so. I always get a raise and a good review.

I have worked for this company on the date you submitted this rating. Flex Time? no such thing. Basically if you walk into a room of 10 people working for Symcor. 1 person will get a bad rating - 8 people will get a so so rating and 1 person exceeds. This behavior does not encourage teamwork at all. So if you put 10 people with exceeds rating in the same room. You get the same result 1 person with bad rating, etc, etc, etc.

Are you sure you're rating the right company??????

We obviously don't work for the same company. The Symcor Inc. I know purposely froze our wages by lowering a whole bunch of employee staff ratings as to not give them raises. Flex time you say, no such thing. I know my comments to be more true than what you are saying because I've seen the yearly employee survey results and it doesn't paint a pretty picture. The overly generous ratings you have given will make someone believe this is one of the top fifty companies to work for when in reality it really isn't the case. Look at all the negative commentaries from other posters, are we all lying?
