I would give them a minus if it was possible. (Neg-finity stars) I have never seen a company that consistently makes the wrong choices on a regular basis. You can work as hard as you can while everyone sits around doing nothing, fooling around, and when your yearly review comes up you get rated the same as everyone else. Nothing you do will get you a proper rating. It all depends if your friends with the boss. Don't work here unless you know your boss personally. Even then, not a good idea. I am a hard worker and depressed every day I get up to go in.
